This tour was the best private tour one could hope for. Derek is beyond cool as well as very friendly and accommodating. He took the time to answer all our questions and show us around. He provided water and snacks, and was very patient with the bathroom breaks 😅 He was also very respectful when speaking of some rather gruesome stories and was knowledgeable of so many facts that only a true crime junkie would know.y. My gf and I give this tour a 10/10

Derek was so much fun for our entire family. We had two teenage kids and he worked very hard to make it interesting and fun and also relatable to the adults. We learn so much about LA and it was trip down memory lane for us who remember the stories and to also learn new information. Recommend highly to us Derek.
