We were very excited to go on this trip and have booked the evening for this event. Being at the harbor 20 min before we were very surprised to see the boat was not there. From other crews we learned that the trip was cancelled. No word from the operator. When phoning them an voicemail told us to be there 15 before and location but nothing about canceling the tour. So we ended up wasting that evening due to really bad service. As we only had one weekend in NY this hit us hard. Our recommendation is to never use this company unless you have a backup plan. Not to be trusted!!!

The view was great! Nothing special about the boat ride. Overall nice experience on a beautiful day.

It was sorely overrated. The hot chocolate I ordered was spoiled. The audio is part canned recording which sounded like the narrator was surprised at every turn with odd pauses. The other part was sadly live and the sound system was so terribly loud and inescapable and deafening. Not only that it would cut out every second word so it was almost unintelligible. The boat was quite run down and this was a horrible waste of money. The tour sounds misleading. You boat out for 10 minutes take a few pictures and boat back. You really don’t get a “tour” around Manhattan or anything special. Give this a miss and save your money for any of a million things better spent on a day out in NY. Not to mention the rebooking fee is a total shill. When you can’t make it due to transit issues and call hours in advance to try to rebook later… it was unpleasant from start to finish.
