It very easy to buy the tickets with viator, but when I'm on the cruise I was a little disappointed it not what I thought it was? I thought it take us to the liberty island but it not.

The worst ever! The cruise was cancelled without notice and NO ONE took responsibility. The people at the pier were even saying “we don’t work here” while it was clear they did! Never ever book this trip!

The trip was very enjoyable. Pick up was on time and the commentary very informative. Facilities on board was adequate. Hot drinks were a welcome addition due to the very cold weather. We were happier with a shorter 1 hour trip. We felt we saw what we wanted to during this time.
