The bus is a really good way to get to and see many of the major sites in New York City. The guide was informative and really added to the experience. The only negative was the challenge to turn the voucher in to actual tickets. None of the agents on the street could do this and kept sending us to the wrong tour director. Once directed to the correct office, all was good.

These buses don't run frequently and you can easily waste your time in NY waiting for one. We bought the 72 hrs tour and ended up using the bus just one day. Better to use the metro or spend a bit more money for the more expensive but reliable bus tours.
