Overview

By bike is the best way to see the most beautiful landmarks of New York City. All of our bikes are Trek or Giant brand bikes new to this model year with no tacky advertisements on the bikes. Your bike rental package(s) include bike(s), map(s), lock(s) and helmet(s) (required if under 14 years old). Some of the sites located near where you will pick up your bike(s): The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, Grand Central and The Brooklyn Bridge.

Adult bikes, child bikes, child trailers, and child seats are all available.

Bike baskets are available.

Customer can reschedule for any reason at no additional cost. If you book through Groupon, please make a reservation 24 hours in advance.

I usually do reviews whether good or bad. The biggest gripe with this company was the absolutely dreadful staff - the girl on the checkout was unhelpful at best, constantly on her phone, disinterested and downright rude! The guy who handed out the bikes wasn’t any better - we asked for helmets (which were included in the price and a sign on the counter said they were available), and he said they only had them for kids!! Bikes very average, to be fair apart from the creaky pedals when pushing hard on slopes, they actually worked fine. No assistance however to make sure seat height etc was correct. Bike return was much similar to collection, though it was just the same female who was still engrossed in her phone, and who just said ‘SCAN’ and pointed to a device for reclaiming our ID. Personally I would steer clear of this company as there were loads in the area.

Had a great tıme! Bıkes were easy to use and the park was pretty. People were friendly and helpful. Good!
