We decided to attend this Cruise to celebrate a friend's birthday. After standing in the cold 30 minutes past our original boarding time, we were informed by a staff member that essentially getting us on the vessel was "Not her job." We were seated and immediately noticed shards of glass on the table and also the menu provided for the New Year's Day brunch was not what was advertised when we purchased tickets. One of our friends has a severe allergy, and she was basically told by the Manager to take it or leave it. The shrimp scampi in the salad was unusually red and the meal was C+ at best. Our friend sent an email to Bridgette, a Customer Service Rep for Events Cruises NY, expressing how unsatisfactory the service and attitude of the Manager and quality of the meals were. Bridgette ALSO responded smugly. For the price point, this Cruise is absolutely not worth the money.

First time in NYC and this was the highlight of our trip! HIGHLY recommend! Also, Peter was the best server we could have had! Get the drinks, get up and dance, and have a blast!

Amazing!!! The crew was wonderful! A great way to get into the celebratory spirit for the holidays. Drinks, music, views and party were all worth it. Family friendly!
