Only 3 short blocks below Central Park! Communication was fabulous and helped with the two bumps we had. First, the shop opened 25 minutes late due to train delays (out of the staffs control). We got several texts - from a live person - informing us with apologies and updates. The check in process was speedy and we were off on our ride through Central Park. EBikes are a bit like cheating with the hills but I had zero guilt. LOVED how much territory we could cover! Second number was one of the batteries started failing 20 blocks from the shop. Called the shop and someone raced over immediately to swap it. Even adjusted my seat while there. We were off again toward the Hudson River water front. Bikes were easy to ride and robust with no actual peddling required. Would definitely use them again!
