It was easy to find location. Operator was constantly replying to my messages. I had ro change date due ro rain and there was no issue.

I rented a couple of bikes for a day, for my daughter and me. The bikes were good and we had a great day on the pedals and taking photos, but at dusk it was difficult for us to believe that only the weels had reflectives, but not the front neither the back of the bikes. The reception guy said that he would report the issue. I hope reflectives to be installed or at least customers to be advised in advance.

Be aware, much of the park has paths where bikes are not allowed. Give yourself time to park bike and walk to explore, take the bike locks with your rentals. Expect a lot of bike, bike trolley and foot traffic. Foot traffic was the biggest problems, runners too close to bikes and people crossing the path right in front of you. Bike store was fine, but don’t expect friendly attendants or bikes that are well maintained. Good price and convenient location, but there are rentals right inside the parks also that are closer. I wanted to like this more, but it was just ok.
