Visited Central Park and decided to have a tour in horse and carriage which was a welcome rest for our legs after walking around the city. The tour was a great way to visit the park, our tour guide was great, he pointed out all the locations which had been used in popular films, took us to strawberry fields memorial for John Lennon etc. The tour is very relaxing after being in the hustle and bustle of the city.

We took a 50 minute ride through Central Park in a horse-drawn carriage. What a wonderful experience. The driver was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Our 11 yr old daughter loved the horse, Murphy (same name as her puppy!) They had tours of 30 min for $50 or 50 min for $100. We did the longer tour and it was totally worth it. So relaxing, great way to see the Park and some NYC sights. Highly recommended.

I was unsure about the ride as I thought it may be tacky but my husband persuaded me and I'm pleased he did. It was good value for money and a fantastic way to see the whole park. The guide was very knowledgable and pointed out all the main parts of the park
