Booked a month in advance only to be informed the day before tour was scheduled as I am at the airport that “due to unforeseen circumstances” the tour was canceled. I think that’s tour company talk for nobody else signed up for the tour. In Singapore I did two wonderful tours, one where I was the only guest and another where there was one other solo traveler. They didn’t cancel, and they got positive feedback.

We were disappointed as well. However, sometimes events out of our control impact the tour. In such instances we inform customers immediately and refund..It does not happen frequently. The rating and commentary seem out of place.

Great tour. Several fantastic sites and a great history tour in between. Learned many new lessons on New York history and had a great time. My favorite was the Oscar Wilde. Great music, drink, and food.
