American Museum of Natural History

Meet your professional kid-friendly guide just outside the American Museum of Natural History, she will provide you skip-the-line tickets and an unforgettable adventure will start! You will visit one of the greatest collection of dinosaur fossils in the world more thank 60-million years old. You will learn about the huge Tyrannousaurous rex one of the scarest predator of all ages, with its 6-inch-long teeth he was able to eat small dinosaurs in a few minutes! You will see many other dinos as the 65-million years old Triceratops, dinosors mummies and many more. You will then discover whether we are alone in the universe in the Scales of the Universe section, learning about the Big-Bang, meteorits, the moon and other planets. You will not miss a giant Blue Whale model and you will understan that a sequoia tree can witness 1400 years of history! Your guide will engage the whole family with games, questions and you will all have a lot of fun!

We had John as a tour guide and he was excellent. Made the tour child friendly for our 5 year old. The whole family enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend

Our guide tried to give us a good overall experience of the museum, understanding that 2.5 hours is not enough to see everything. He was very attentive to ensure we saw the areas we expressed interest in. He had a scavenger hunt ready for the kids which helped engage our 10 and 12 year old.

The tour company was excellent at contacting us and being available. Easy to find the guide and he was very nice. However, he was a bit monotone and dry and I think they should have assigned someone a little younger and/ or more energetic for the “kids” tour as the whole point is to keep them engaged.
