Really enjoyed the Lower East side tour! My 14 year old enjoyed it as well. Very informative and Adam our tour guide was awesome. I was expecting Dante so was a little surprised (their website says Dante does all the tours), but Adam was a great guide. Highly recommended!

Excellent guide (Mike). Plenty of food and local history. Able to book on short notice with no problem.

The food at most spots was great. And there was plenty of it. Never thought they'd include Katz's Deli; the pastrami was delicious! The lady next to me had a religious experience eating the rugelach from Russ and Daughters. (The dried fruit looked delicious too!) The dim sum was interesting and tasty. It had been fried on one side to give it crunch. Can't say that the pickles from the Pickle Guys and donuts from the Doughnut Plant were my favorites. I love a raised donut and these were cake. The Pickle Guys seem to pickle everything, so it's a good place to sample something new. We also had bagels and bialys. Awesome! Just wish I could remember the store's name. Our guide was super nice and helpful. The history part of the tour was ok, but seeing all the old buildings was very interesting. Come hungry!
