We just finished our walking food tour with Dante. He is GREAT! The food places were interesting, he was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. He didn't rush us and really engaged everyone, even my super picky teenage boy. We went to Katz Deli, Russ & Daughters, Economy Candy, Vanessa Dumplings, Pickle Guys, Kossars, and Donut Plant. Definitely don't eat anything before you come to the tour, you will be stuffed by the end. I would recommend Dante to anyone interested in food and visiting NYC.

What can I say Dante, you are amazing. Great knowledge and enthusiasm throughout our food tour of the Lower East Side, as well as some really well chosen venues. Could not believe we ran in to you the following day in Greenwich village, what are the chances of that in a city of 27 million! If we had more time we would have booked on the the GV tour as well, we enjoyed it so much.

On a rainy, cold morning we thought walking tour? Ugh. And we had the best time! Dante is a gem - New Yorker through and through, funny, friendly and knows the territory. Great and delicious choices for food stops in a great neighborhood. And even the rain let up. Highly recommend. We will do his Greenwich Village food tour next time weā€™re in town!
