Dante is a great tour guide. A relaxing walk, showcasing many different parts of the LES. The tour has bathroom stops and places to sit, too. The food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this, along with Dante's other tour!

Had a great few hours with Dante and the rest of the tour group. It was obvious early on that Dante loves what he does and has also built great relationships with each of the places you'll stop. This means the tour runs smoothly and you are absolutely taken care of. Cancel your dinner booking or plans, you won't need it after this!!

If you enjoy food, you will not be disappointed. This really is a comprehensive tour of some of the best food that the Lower East Side is known for, and a lot of it. Don't make any dinner reservations after this tour, you won't need it! I have previously done another food tour in NYC with another company, but wanted to try this with my husband, who wanted to go back to Katz's deli (another perk: you get to cut the line at Katz's when you're with Dante). Our food tour experience with Dante was superior to any other food tour that I have done, and I plan to come back and do the tour again with my mom the next time we are in NYC. Dante is a genuinely nice guy, very personable, and you can tell that he really enjoys his job. He really takes the time to get to know the people on the tour and find out what experiences are important to you. If you have to pick 1 tour to do while you're in NYC, do this one!
