Dante was a great tour guide- fun and very knowledgeable. Donā€™t eat before the tour, you will be full when you leave!!

This was my second tour with Dante. I previously did the Greewich village one 3years ago, so when I came back on this trip I knew I had to try out the LES tour and I wasn't disappointed. We had 9 stops with a tasting at each place and not too much walking in between. There was no pressure to buy anything but the peach balsamic vinegar was too good not to get, plus some candy treats! I even went back to the bakery to get an everything bagel for my journey to Boston! Dante is an awesome guide. He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure that everyone is ok along the way. I can highly recommend doing this tour and hope to do one of Dante's tours again on my next visit from london!

Our Nice Guy Food Tour of the Lower East Side was one of the most fun tourism activities we've ever done! Dante met us at the appointed place and time, then escorted us through the neighborhood regaling us with lots of history and culinary facts, all the while giving us generous portions of some of New York's most iconic immigrant foods. It was so much fun and we highly recommend the experience. You will leave the tour with your minds and stomachs full, and a greater appreciation of the Lower East Side's food legacy. And, yes, he really is a nice guy.
