Cruise experience was great. Buffet dinner had tasty roast, chicken and fish. We navigated by the Hudson until we stopped by the Statue of Liberty to see the fireworks. DJ played cool music and we danced the night away. Very nice.

The cruise round Manhattan gave us a fantastic scenery. But during the pandemic it was to much people onboard. The meal that was served was chaotic with people running around. We also chose this cruise because it said in the ad that it was only 200 passengers onboard, but it was probably 600!!

Disorganized, poor food quality and relspso customer service.... last reveillon I paid an extra charge for romantic pack and they forgot.... I trying to be reimbursed by customer service and until now....nothing!!!
