The views and information were awesome. I purchased 2 upgraded tickets in hopes of a completely awesome experience. As I said views were awesome. Problem came in when I got to the top my on line tickets had disappeared so I asked an employee to help me out. What we received was complete and unprofessional smart ass comments with zero effort to help. So we had to take the 360°tour without him giving us the little tablet, that we purchased, that identifies the sites and buildings you are looking at. Couldn't believe it - still cannot. So, rather than buy tickets on line buy them when you get on site then you'll have a h paper ticket. This fella is not customer service driven. I wound up taking the most basic tour and paid over $100 for our priority passes. Beware folks.
