I spent the day here with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the self-guided tour, and the restaurant/bar upstairs. It wasn’t crowded and we were able to stay and enjoy the sunset.

Excellent tour!! Highly recommended!! Was visiting from Atlanta with my son's for spring break. Go after 1pm when the main bar and restaurant opens.

I was in NYC for a couple days and I decided very last minute to go check out One World Trade Center observatory. I got online and booked a ticket on Viator within minutes for sunset that evening. I decided to go a few minutes early to avoid any crowding but actually there were not that many people and the entire experience went so smooth right from the lobby, up the tower, around the observatory for great views and finally a awsum sunset!
