The view is awesome. And things are well organized. The reason for the negative review is the booking experience. We did this online. Price was advertised as $48 per adult. We chose the date and clicked next. The price went up by $5 to $53. Went back and did it again. Same result. We called them. They told us that there is a $5 booking fee. Per ticket (which is a little rich too!!!). Went through the rest of the process and when I clicked pay, it added another $30. We spoke to customer service at One World when checking in and they could not explain it. I wrote to complain. Heard nothing for a week. Prompted them and now they tell me that the increased ticket price is because we booked on a holiday peak time (Saturday at 5.00 p.m. - the place for far from a peak). It is way overpriced and there are other observation decks in the city that will give you a similar experience.
