What great views from 101 floors up. The entrance way to the elevators is beautifully done. I assume for sometimes when it is crowded people have something to do. We went of a Friday and the sky was clear and there were no crowds. You could stay there as long as you wanted.

Beautiful views. We visited at night and they were spectacular. 1 particularly rude member of staff during our visit but generally all very nice and happy to help. Beautiful view! Elevator takes you up quickly.

Staff here completely ruined our experience! Every member of staff we were presented with were completely rude!! Only 1 member of staff was pleasant! We have saved up a lot of money to come to New York and have came across a lot of rude people in the street etc, but this is supposed to be a massive tourist attraction but again, your staff completely ruined our whole experience!!
