We visited here on our NY Pass before visiting the Empire State and Top of the rock so didn’t have any opinions. Well organised and managed but iPads passed into people’s hand at $15 and people kept in a room to listen to a presentation which confirms that they don’t put maps or signs up of the landmarks so everyone needs an iPad. I mean you don’t, but it is literally a lift that takes you to a view. After Empire State I preferred that as they had interactive videos and stories of the building of it, history and how it has changed.

Family trip to NYC topped off with a great visit to the One World Observatory for the best views of the City! The experience was fantastic and enjoyed by the whole family and I would recommend it as a must see when in New York!

Very enjoyable. Great views of the skyline matched with creative architectural design. A definite place to revisit with our kids next trip.
