While NYC covid infections skyrocket, this place refuses to enforce NY mask regulations. I asked an employee, Jose Vargas, to enforce the mask rule and he told me "I don't care, that's not my job" and then laughed when I told him this is a governmental mandate, not just my preference for my safety and the safety of my friends and family. The State can look to One World when asking why infection rates are out of control. I should report them to the state. Atrocious.

Experience was good. Got in the observatory relatively quick. The views were nice. The sky portal was not live.

Absolutely gorgeous up top and so well done. We did it the last day of 5 days in NYC so we could see everywhere we visited from 102 stories up. Highly recommend!
