Breathtaking views of nyc and the building of nyc as you ride the elevator up is wonderful. Covid precautions taken and everyone was respectful. Souvenir store area offered great choices.

What an amazing experience! The additional price of admission was well worth the ability to skip the line, and our tour guide, Ben was fantastic! Ben has lived in NYC for about 20 years, and was very knowledgable about all things Manhattan. Ben explained to us all the safety features built into One World Trade Center, including the incredibly strong building core and the additional stairwells built into the core. Ben also explained to us how Manhattan was originally established for international trade and that has remained it's focus to this day. When we got to the observation deck, we could see for miles and miles! Then a cloud rolled in and blanked out part of the view, then it got clear again, then it started to snow a little, then it cleared again. It was amazing to watch so much different weather in such a short time. We are a very curious family, and we must have asked Ben about a thousand questions, and he very enthusiatically answered all of them. We had questions about all the major landmarks, the geology of Manhattan, and the history of Manhattan. Our whole family enjoyed the experience. Based on our experience, we highly recommend the additional cost of the premium experience, especially since the $15 credit at the cafe covered a nice lunch that we could eat while enjoying the view!

Good experience; and good views of the landmarks although I wish they did not mention one landmark on the tablet. I would say two hours max for the tour. We got the food and drink voucher and took advantage of it. Do not forget to bring your vaccine card with you. The station is also nice to look at.
