Really special. This is just something you really must do to understand how special it is. The fact that you are up so high as well as the symbolism of the One tower makes the experience unforgettable. We didn’t pay for the priority elevator/security passes but we went when it wasn’t that busy in January so can imagine they are worth it when peak season. It is a nice touch that all staff members have their country of origin on to heighten the sense of “one world”. My partner is deaf so relies heavily on lip reading, due to masks this is difficult and I could tell some people were getting frustrated that he wasn’t following their direction when getting through security and lifts etc so it would be good to remind the staff that it is important to consider this and speak clearly and loudly at all times. An unforgettable experience. The day was bright, sunny and clear. Amazing!

My first time to ground zero and this observatory is beautiful Dinner was excellent what an experience recommend to others
