Viator sold us tickets for 7:30pm, and had options on their site until well after 8:00pm, non refundable. Thankfully we arrived at about 7:25pm. We were told they close at 8:00pm by the observatory staff when we arrived. The whole experience was rushed. By the time we got to the viewing deck we had 20 minutes before we were sent back down the elevator. The night sky in NYC is phenomenal, but the booking experience was very poor. Only complaint about the viewing deck is that the background lighting does make it harder to take artifact free photos.

Is the highest observatory of the western emisfere. The security check are very accurate. If you have a small tripode, you must take out from the bag. There're many video effect. At the bar on the top the price are very expensive. Free wifi include

Very happy with the experience. We are from Maryland and wanted to do this tourist attraction. The view and experience is definitely worth the price.
