I visited the freedom tower recently after an initial visit when it first opened. The queuing and entry process is very improved. And the breathtaking views remain remarkable. The installation of standing buffers along the perimeter is also a good addition to move people along rather than sitting in front of the glass walls. It's def a cool experience. However, there is still too much heavy-handed marketing that occurs, from the moment you come off the elevator. It really diminishes the experience. Also, the guidance I-pads do not come with earphones, so there is often a loud mix of noise coming from every direction. Would be an overall more meaningful experience without these unnecessary distractions.
