What a great view! Loved walking around and seeing all of NYC. Everything was so organized and we'll run. Will definitely go again.

The views are good as expected however the glare and reflections on how the observatory was designed will not allow for good photographs. Additionally people were not obliging by rules to keep masks on and there was overcrowding. There didn’t seem to be any staff available to enforce this.
