Spectacular place for a 360 view of NYC. Buy your ticket online and you will have immediate access. Elevator is super fast you can’t believe how fast it takes you to 102 floor. Staff is very polite and help you every time. You can use augmented reality to learn more about the city with the help of an iPad. Lovely place to take pictures.

We thought there was going to be more to it but all it had was 2 floors of viewing. It took less than an 1 hour to do the tour. Charging $15 to use the tablet was a ripoff... The 911 museum was much better.
