This was an absolutely fabulous experience!! Exceeded my expectations as someone who has been to NYC 1,000 times and hates tourist attractions, this was New York's love letter and if you aren't already in love with this city, you will be! From the first moment the tour begins, there are gorgeous videos of things around the City, to the fastest elevator ever (AKA Starship Enterprise), to the opening view of the skyline - it's all too much! I love that there was to time limit, tons of space to walk around, and the bar at the top is spectacular. Not typical tourist attraction quality. We went at sunset and saw the city both during the day and after dark. Fabulous staff, including, Stephanie and Jackson - loved every minute of this!

Excellent experience and our guide Emma was outstanding! I highly recommend the MasterCard tour and dining at the restaurant.

There is a $15 charge at the top if you want to use the tablet to see historic landmark in each direction. If you’ve got Google maps it will do the same thing. There is a drill down menu that you can hear historic information about the landmarks do you select but the noise in the observation deck is too loud to really understand what’s being said with the narration. I do not recommend spending the additional $15.
