View was as one would expect from that height, though the top of the rock still has the best overall experience in the city. However the experience was spoiled by the gift card cashier we came across, who billed us twice for the same item then ignored/pretended not to hear me until I was almost shouting at her as loud as I could. She was wearing airpods in both ears but had no issues conversing with the white couple in front of me, which unfortunately made us think it was because of our race (Asian). Once we finally brought her attention to the error, there was barely an acknowledgement and no apology whatsoever. Terrible customer service and no plans to return in thd future

My birthday gift and was amazing, spectacular experience. Organized, Clean, perfect and beautiful view of NY and all the boroughs; A big shout out to the OWO team and the people behind the effects. The Elevator was my favorite.
