The 360 degree view of Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs of New York City was extraordinary, I highly recommend the digital tour, the tablet they give you all you need to do is point it at a building and it will tell you what the building is and it’s history!!, I could even see our accommodation in Jersey City from a the top of the One World Observatory, you could see Staten Island, The Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City, Manhattan, And even Newark from the top, it was a great day out!!

Corona Virus 19 After many trials Î've been refond. First message in my mail box : ''tis is not an email adress" In Mid July after a new e mail,It has been sent successfully and an assistant gave me A positive answer .

Paid my tickets one year ago, Impossible to join One world New York to cancel and to be refund. I suppose they are closed till July 2020. An advice : Never buy in direct your tickets with One world Observatory ,taking in account zero service for their customers afterwards.Go via an Agency
