This, for me, was the best excursion during our entire time in NYC. The whole experience was great and the views were spectacular. Again crowds were light due to the virus but those working were great and had a positive attitude. I would do this one again.

Although dreading this visit, the Skip the line ticket helped me with my worry about having to hang around to board the elevator. Once there, the views were stunning, you can see forever. The gift shop up there was reasonably priced, the café had a nice selection of food again at reasonable prices. Definitely a must visit, glad I had the guts, but glad to be back on firm ground.

I was thinking - "Great! For 20 bucks extra you get to skip the line and get a choice of time slot and since you get 15 bucks credit for food / drink / gifts it's all a win win. Yeah, not so much. The 15 bucks you can spend is only for drinks NOT food. Cannot be used in the restaurant (except for drinks) and the gift shop is ridiculously overpriced. Yes, I know this is NYC but 45 bucks for a t shirt? The 15 bucks you get doesn't even bring it own to a reasonable price. Save your money to spend on things you want to buy and get the regular ticket. (The view is, of course, amazing.)
