I was quite terrified about doing this, so we purchased the "skip the line tickets' it proved to be a good thing as i got more and more nervous. As you would expect, everything went smoothly, and to plan, stunning views, even if i didnt get too close to the windows.... overall, a fantastic experience, definite bucket list todo, glad i did it, but glad i got down. 10/10 A*

Fantastic experience. If you have any issues you must speak to Lois who is absolutely amazing or Lewis whose customer service was first class. It was our wedding anniversary and the weather was cloudy so the view was minimal. Lois made a call and through Lewis we came back the next day x awesome

We travelled in Feb 2020, and had purchased express line tickets. The queue wasn't too long, but good to be able to walk straight in without any wait. As with all such places, there's a security presence and all bags / coats / shoes had to be scanned. All the staff were really friendly & respectful. The lift is absolutely amazing - and so fast! The view from the top is staggering - not so good for those with vertigo. On a clear day, you can see for miles & miles. The issued tablets give you the ability to plot all the sights and gives great information. We wanted to buy some souvenirs from the shop but they were very pricey. Worth a visit!
