This should be your first stop on your first trip to NYC. Moving, beautiful, and very friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend this experience.

I called 5 times and requested a call back. Never got one until after my visit. However, I emailed and got a very quick response. I really think someone needs to make sure people are called back. Otherwise, the visit was terrific!

Visited at night, was trying to time it for sunset but it didn’t work out(no fault of observatory). Luckily we had an absolutely incredibly clear night weather wise! Great experience. Highly recommend.
