It was exactly what I expected, amazing views of the city from every direction. There are multiple attempts to upsell you if you haven’t bought the deluxe ticket, but they’re not too pushy. It’s not something I would do on every trip to NYC, but would recommend for first time visitors.

Went around lunch time on a Sunday, purchased our tickets via Groupon right before hand. Weather was clean, so the view was great. Didnt need to wait very long at all to get up and down in the elevators. Staff were friendly and helpful.

With booking online it was a bit cheaper than paying on-site. Not a long wait time. Elevator ride up had big screens and went fast. The view was great and everything was well organized with directions from the staff.
