Wow, the building stands tall, no matter where you are in NY. We paid for fast track tickets, $50 each as there were so many people waiting. If it's not busy then just pay for normal entry. Security it strict, but please dont let this put you off, they are very friendly and polite and it is very quick. The lift shoots you up over 100 floors in no time at all. Once out, your greeting by friendly staff who explain the routine, takes a few minutes. Your then down a flight of stairs to see NY city from the best vantage point you could imagine. The NY skyline from above, you can see for miles. Depending on you ticket, you can get a tablet, point it where you are looking and it will let you know what your looking at. Coffee shop and souvenir shop available if you wish. Spend as long as you wish. Amazing.

I don’t know if it was because of the holiday or what, but the folks there were less than impressed, I still had to wait on a line.
