Incredible view. The iPad devices they provide are not very functional. Lots of people struggling with them!

This is our second visit to One World Observatory. Both time so we did not have to purchase tickets in advance . We walked up to the ticket counter purchased our tickets and went directly to the elevator . After a very short time waiting for the elevator we were whisked up 102 stories in just 47 seconds . The views are unbelievable . Bring a pair of binoculars if you want to see points of interest up close. Nothing compares to the view especially on a clear day . Expect to stay at least one hour to two hours . Incredible !

The whole family loved it. Bought a nice cup added all the 5 dollar discounts from teh tickets and got the mug for almost just a dollar.
