We had a Flex pass and decided to use one of our attractions on OWO, we had to queue to get our tickets for about 30 minutes (all the ticket booths in New York are very very slow ) but we were offered a skip the line extra with a digital component for $10 , so we took it . The whole experience was quick once we got in and the lift was empty and waiting . The viewing gallery is 360 degrees ( inside )and has a shop and a couple of bars , there is a dining room on the upper floor. We went in time to see the sunset and got some great views of the whole city .there are places to sit down if you are tired and if you pay extra you can have a tablet which will tell you which building is which and a little bit about it .Its very cumbersome and heavy around your neck and l wouldn't have bothered with it if l had known.Just take your camera and you will have a wonderful experience .

We went to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum first, since we didn’t know how long we would spend there, we signed up for the skip the line ticket. When we arrived we basically walked in went through security and directly to the elevator. Once in the observatory we were given an iPad to point at a building for identification. The ticket also included $15. to spend in the gift shop or for a drink.

What a great view. Beautiful large and clean window walls with complete 360 views of the city and surrounding boroughs, harbor, and bridges. Stop for a quick meal, beverage, and photo. Lines weren't to long, but suggest purchasing tickets in advance.
