Had an amazing time from beginning to end. It was truly a lovely sight to see 360 degrees of the city. It also touches me deeply to be in this building when I remember spending many times in the original World Trade Center tower. I’ll be back! Highly recommend it!

First of all there was no line to skip. We went up in the elevator which was a cool ride with video for about a minute. When we got off we saw another quick video and then was sent to a guy that checked my ticket which was all inclusive so he handed me an iPad type device with no information. You were supposed to click on the direction and it will show you which building are landmarks. This floor was round and only one place had directions marked. I have no idea why all directions were not marked N, S, E and W. I couldn’t ever figure out where I was at. It was useless and heavy to carry around. The views were great but I had already gotten great views in the Empire State Bldg. Do yourself a favor and save your money in this one. Not worth it! I feel like they ripped me off!
