We were there with my wife under our honeymoon. We made our reservation through getyourguide. It was easy and everything was fine during the check-in period and after inside the building... till we reach the top. The guys who are the speakers there are so energic, charismatic and it looks they love their work. Who are handling the tablets and others are the same: helpful, emphatic, so congrats and go on guys! The problem starts with the bar staff. They are so bored, order process is so chaotic: we would like just drink something but if you don't want to eat you can't seat to a table,just to the bar. There where about 4-5 free tables without any waiting guest and the bar was full so we sat to a table and the waiter forced us to seat to the bar if we don't want to eat. Additionally when we entered the bar nobody asked us how can they help,I have to go to the bar and asked for a menu card. So dear management, please improve your bar service quality and make it equally then your other services. About the prices it should be one of NYC's best bars...

Excellent experience. If you want to see Manhattan from a lower Manhattan perspective - this is tour for you. As you travel in the elevator to the top, watch the walls because there is an ever changing display that visually chronicles the development of the island, from woodlands to the metropolis that it is today. That is followed by a 5 minute orientation display video that tells more of the story followed by a "reveal" of the city as the curtains rise and you perceive the vista that is Manhattan. You are then free to explore all sides of the enclosed observation level. "Chip the Line" visitors are given priority with regard to elevator rides up and down. Tour is a great bargain.

This is a most do in the City. Truly a celebration of humanity and our resilience. Wasn't sure what to expect and was not disappointed.
