So enjoyed the elevator ride and the view! Spectacular! Highly recommended as a must-do in New York City. Gardens and Memorial a fitting place to remember those people whose lives were lost on 9/11

Good value. Seeing the view of Manhattan at night. The lift ride was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was an “experience” from beginning to end—not just a ride in an elevator. With that said, there are no lines to buy tickets or get on the elevator. Buy in person. The price is insane especially considering what it cost for a family. It feels like gouging by one world.
