Don't automatically include a 18% tip charge to the receipt at the bar, most people probably don't catch that and tip more, basically stealing your money professionally in New York City. In my opinion paying a $46 admission on top of all that should've included a drink.

Beautiful views of ny skyline, although we came with a toddler who didnt enjoy it as it was very crowded that day... that being said, you cant beat this view.

Highly recommended to visit especially the views of the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge from the observation deck. Food and drink was also reasonably priced and delicious.
