Aweeome to know couple days before tickets were email and ready go. Process was easy and sweet no problem. Easy to book and convenient. Price very affordable. A must place to see if you're in NYC. Have your video ready on your phone to record the most amazing 45sec ride on the elevator. History of NYC and changes thru years its quick hope you can capture most or all. Enjoy!! Always carry a smile and be safe!

Significantly better views than the Empire State Building, we went on a clear day and you could see everything. If you can only go to one place in New York visit the One World Observatory.

Great set up, but unfortunately it was cloudy and could see nothing! We were offered the opportunity to reschedule but unfortunately that was not possible! Still had fun up there almost alone!
