Everything went smoothly. We liked the screen lifting after the 3-minute presentation to see the beautiful view. Eating lunch at the ONE. It was a gorgeous and clear and sunny day!

The employees of the tower were wonderful! No complaining there. However DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS from Viator. If anything happens weather wise you are screwed. No refunds. So sorry papi.

When choosing between all of the tall building experiences in NYC, we chose One World Observatory for the height, history, and location downtown. It was a gloriously sunny day so we were well rewarded with views of the harbor, Statue of Liberty, the Oculus, Brooklyn, and most of the length of Manhattan. I loved that we could walk around the observatory as much as we wanted to notice a few different things. It wasn't too crowded and most people were masked. Because we had bought our standard tickets in advance, we had minimal waits. All in all, exceeded expectations and what seemed to be fair going rate compared to Empire, 30 Rock, Edge, etc.
