Having passed through and used Grand Central Terminal thousands of times since 1985, it was really wonderful to actually learn so much about a place I have taken for granted all these years. But what truly made the experience was our guide, Jonathan. He was not just exceedingly knowledgeable but also very entertaining, polite and fun. We would certainly take a tour with him again.
