Shorter and more condensed. More informative and more animation. Loved the ear pieces. Excellent. Excellent communication on where and when your was.

Killian my thanks for your feedback on our tour. I will be sure to pass your recommendations on to our guide. We are very happy that you loved the ear pieces since we find they make all the experiences in Grand Central so much enjoyable. The is not only for the guide who doesn't have to shout over announcements but also for the guests who can walk freely, take pictures and explore while the guide is talking. My thanks again for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback. We all benefit from it. Be well!

This was a fascinating tour. I learnt a great deal
and saw parts of Grand Central I did not know existed.
Although I am very interested in railways it is not necessary to be so to enjoy the tour.

Had a great time on this tour. Found it really interesting. Took my 18 yr old daughter with me and she enjoyed it too and she's not much of a history buff.
