Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour gave us lots of interesting information about Grand Central Station.. both historical and architecturally. We really enjoyed the tour and felt it was well worth the money.

The guide presented interesting stories as well as background and history of the station. Some people had problems with the headphones so we got a late start, and that meant I had to leave before the tour was complete. Otherwise I thought it was a great way to learn about secrets like the "hidden" acorns and oak leaves, and the spiral staircase in the information booth!

Hi Karen, my apologies that you had to leave early because of a delay with our whisper listening system. We find those earpieces essential for everyone to enjoy the tour so all can hear and walk around at their own pace but sometimes technology can be tricky. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we would be happy to reschedule you with our compliments so you can catch what you missed. My thanks!

The tour was not as interesting as described. Most of it was standing around looking at the tour guides ipad pictures of the past. Hidden gems were not able to be experienced, so they are still hidden to us. I learned a lot, but could have have learned more via a 30 minute documentary.

Hi William, I thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review with valuable feedback. I am sorry the tour wasn't what you expected. We definitely walk a fine line in being able to show some of the hidden and unknown aspects of the system that are technically inaccessible to the public by state and city law. But the tour is designed to get you as close as possible without violating those laws while still being fun and exciting. I'm sorry that wasn't the case for you. I will share your feedback with our guide and please email us at [email protected] so we can also help to make up for your interpretation of the experience. All our best and be well!
