The guide was a very dynamic speaker with good knowledge of the Terminal. It was neat to go to places in the Terminal that I had never been in. Loved the history.

Bill was an excellent tour guide. He had so much knowledge of Grand Central & the area. We enjoyed learning the history, seeing the artifacts & walking in “the past “. The Cincinnati connection with the Rookwood pottery over the gates was exciting since we are from Ohio.
