I especially enjoyed seeing places "behind the scenes" and being shown "obvious" items and hearing the story behind them. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but was so soft spoken we had difficulty hearing him.

This has been on my Bucket List for a while and it did not disappoint (though at times, it was a bit difficult to hear). Our guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. His pacing was just right. The tour drew our attention to the symbolism which made the visit more meaningful. We all enjoyed the beauty of this iconic structure. It was obvious that Richard loved his city and this amazing station.

We enjoyed touring Grand Central Terminal with Richard - what a glorious story he told us! We enjoyed visiting the Campbell Apartment, standing outside to discuss the clock and it's sculptures, admiring the metal rats climbing on the cables above a side door and seeing the track for the 20th Century Limited and hearing about the special train FDR used under the streets of the city to avoid scrutiny.
