Liked tour, guide seemed to be a likable railroad loving nerd, like myself. Would liked to have gone across ends of the terminal which was MTA office areas, 2 or 3 floors above the great hall. Also would have liked more time spent how the trains operate, how tracks are laid out in the 2 floors of the Terminal where they are present.

Hi Charles. I thank you for your review and for your feedback. I too, like your guide, and yourself am a transit nerd. We find that there are some areas of the terminal that seem a little bit too in the transit weeds for most guests. Additionally most of the areas you mentioned upstairs with the exception of the fourth floor are closed off to all public including tours. But as you rightfully pointed out, there is so much more to talk about on an infrastructure level.
