Nice tour!....well worth the price. Tour guide was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. Tour time ran slightly over but that was fine, in fact, I would recommend that this be at least a 2-hour tour, perhaps even 2.5 with more architectural information. Other suggestions. The Bluetooth earpieces were odd - large and quite bulky and difficult to get seated on your ear. Also, the tour guide had a 3-ring binder of historic photos, which he had to stop and show each and every participant - perhaps email us a PDF of the images the day of the tour so we can view them on our smartphones if we wish? However, overall, the tour was great. Would definitely recommend it.

I thank you so much for this thorough review and the great suggestions. We are actually working on a way to make the Whisper devices less cumbersome around the ear with an attached lanyard. We have found that 90 mins is the sweet spot for this tour especially with other guests who tend to make other plans in the area around the time of the tour. At first, I was a little disappointed because we weren't going anywhere that the general public didn't have access to, but the last third of the tour was behind the scenes and more "secret", which is what I wanted to see. Louis was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I am glad we went!

Great experience - guide was both enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgable; was able to answer every question asked! Would have been nice if the group was a bit smaller (we were about 15, which made it tough to hear at times and difficult to move around the terminal), but the tour was wonderful - learned a lot!
